Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in providing high-quality lip gloss kits. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used items. Please make sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Unopened Items:
If the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Changes:
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your order before submitting it.
